To get started, please leave your details to be called back, email us or call us on +49 (0) 172 320 5601 or get the blood collection kit from our partner company AONM. We only need your name, address, Email, telephone number and doctor’s details. Your test kit will arrive in the post in 2-3 working days.

Sign and fill out the order form after getting your test kit, and have your doctor complete their appropriate parts and stamp and signature from your doctor. Don’t be concerned if you cannot see your doctor for any reason. We can just scan the completed form and email it to the doctor.

Ask your doctor or blood collection centre to draw 15 ml of blood (2x 7.5 ml EDTA-blood, tubes are enclosed), and mark the tubes with your name and birth date. Put the signed order form into the box, attach the address sticker and drop it off at any DHL counter to be sent to Germany within 48h.

When we receive your unique results, they will be sent to your doctor/clinician via a password-protected data-protected portal.
