Journey For Doctors
Our simple diagnostic process—crafted for tailored insights and proactive monitoring. Fusing technology and personal care, our approach to cancer treatment is holistic. Find out more about how it works:
How our cancer diagnostics work
A bespoke, high-precision and quantitative test to determine the best working
chemotherapeutics, characterise cancer’s biochemical properties and monitor
disease progression or remission.
Please give us as much information as possible about the diagnostic and treatment
situation of the patient. Then the results can be even better interpreted.
Step 1
Email or call us on +49 (0) 172 320 5601 to request a test. The test can be sent to your practice or directly to your patient.
STEP 2
When you have received the test kit, you can help your patient to take the sample and fill out the enclosed order form. Please stamp it with your office address and name.
We also need the patient’s name and birth date on the EDTA tubes (2 x 7.5ml). Please sign with your name the signature of the patient.
STEP 3
Please collect the blood (2x 7.5 ml EDTA-blood, tubes are enclosed), and mark the tubes with your name and birth date. Put the signed order form into the box, attach the address sticker and drop it off at any DHL counter. They will scan and transport your package to the laboratory in Germany.
STEP 4
We will email you and your patient when the sample arrives at the laboratory to confirm we’ve received it. If the clinician part of the requisition form is incomplete (i.e. if the test was sent to your patient directly), we will email it to you for signature.
STEP 5
The sample will be sent to the laboratory for testing, and when the results are ready, they’ll be sent to you, the Ordering Doctor, only. They are sent via a secure link to be downloaded (Email to be filled in with a code via SMS or phone).
STEP 6
Our laboratories offer you the opportunity to call and discuss with the lab technicians, highly trained specialists and scientists. You can ask them any questions, and they will help you formulate a course of action and medication plan for your patient. This is especially useful after drug testing and increasing cell numbers.
